We are continually bombarded with 'quick fix' diets, pills and tricks to help us lose the kilos. It can even leave us disappointed and angry with ourselves when the weight we worked so hard to lose comes piling back on once the diet is stopped. This is because (contrary to what most weight loss schemes would like you to believe) there is no 'one size fits all' solution and diets don't work long term.
